Enrolment informationThe school was opened in 2006 Manchester and is solely funded by a select group of companies within the watch industry (founders). The BSoW is the only school teaching pure watchmaking within the UK and we consider it a very special opportunity that is offered to every student. The student intake follows the academic year and consists of six students (2 year course - 12 students present at the school at any one time). Currently there are two ways for a student to enter the school:
1) Via one of the founders. If you wish to take you interest in the school further we suggest you contact their respective after-sales division and human resources department accordingly. All founders names and addresses are available from the founder section of our website here.
2) When available, as a fee paying student. Please note that fee paying places are not available every year due to the internal demand from founding members to place students. Prospective fee paying students should register their interest with the school as early as possible (at the start of the year in order to enrol in September).
The school teaches the Watches of Switzerland Training and Educational Program (WOSTEP) course. Full details can be found HERE. Should you require further information please feel free to contact us.. |
